Five stocks, one pot, one bell.

The whole game in four steps.

01
Pick one of five
Every trading day opens a round with five stocks. Back the one you think finishes first, in $TICKR.
02
The bell closes bets
At 9:30 ET the round locks and each stock's open is its first Chainlink print after the bell.
03
The close decides
At 16:00 ET the close prints. Best close/open ratio wins. Ties share.
04
Winners split the pot
Everyone on the winning stock splits the whole pot pro rata, minus the house fee. Claim when you like.

Stop 04 · Honest take

Strengths and risks, on the same page.

A game that prints its fee should print its risks.

Strengths
  • + Prices come from Chainlink feeds on Robinhood Chain, printed on-chain, readable by anyone.
  • + Settlement is a contract call, not a committee. The winner is the best close/open ratio, full stop.
  • + No house position. The contract holds the pot and pays the winners pro rata.
  • + $TICKR has a fixed supply, no owner and no mint. The whole supply went into one pool and the LP position was burned, so the liquidity can never be pulled.
Risks
  • – Chainlink equity feeds update on price moves, not on a clock. A quiet stock can go hours without a print, and weekends have none.
  • – If a feed does not print within 3 hours of the bell, the round is voided and refunded. That will happen on some holidays and outages.
  • – Rounds are created by our keeper. If it goes down, no new round opens. Locking and settling an open round is permissionless, so a round in flight always finishes.
  • – The owner can change the house fee and limits for future rounds, never for a round already open.
  • – No third-party audit yet. The contract ships with its test suite and verified source.

Stop 06 · Decisions

Key decisions, and why.

The rules were chosen, not inherited.

Pari-mutuel, not oddsNobody sets a line and nobody is on the other side of your bet. The pot is the bettors, the winners split it.
The open is the first Chainlink print after the bellA price known before bets close could be front-run. The first print after 9:30 ET is unknown to everyone until it lands.
One round per trading dayA daily habit, not a casino. Same five stocks, same bell, every session.
Fixed supply, no owner, no mintScanners read owner() and look for mint paths. Both answers are the ones a buyer wants.
The game token is immutableSwapping the token under players is a rug vector. Changing it means a new deployment everyone can see.
A missing print voids the roundIf Chainlink does not print an open or a close within 3 hours, every stake is refundable. A gap never eats a bet.
Pull payoutsYou claim when you want and pay your own gas. No batch payout that can fail halfway.

Questions, answered in plain words.

What do I need to play?

A wallet on Robinhood Chain and some $TICKR. Connect, pick one of the five stocks, choose an amount, confirm. There is no account.

Where do I get $TICKR?

On its Uniswap v4 pool against ETH on Robinhood Chain. The contract address is printed on the ticket above. There is no other address.

When do bets close?

At the opening bell, 9:30 ET. You can add to your pick until then, but you cannot switch stocks.

How is the winner decided?

Each stock's performance is its first Chainlink print after 16:00 ET divided by its first print after 9:30 ET. Highest ratio wins. A stock that loses less than the others still wins.

What if nobody picked the winner?

The pot rolls into the next round. Nothing is taken.

What if a feed does not print?

If any of the five feeds has no open or close print within 3 hours of the bell, the round is voided and every stake is refundable in full.

How do I get paid?

Claim from the podium after settlement, whenever you like. Payouts are pull-based and the contract never sends tokens on its own.

Does Tickr hold my money?

The contract holds the pot while a round is open and pays winners on claim. Nobody can move it elsewhere: there is no withdraw for the pot, only for the house fee.

Are there rounds on weekends?

No. One round per NYSE trading day, holidays skipped, early closes settle at 13:00 ET.

Built on Robinhood Chain · Prices from Chainlink · Pot paid on-chain, 1% house fee · No rounds on weekends · Contract · $TICKR

Tickr is a pari-mutuel game settled by a smart contract on Robinhood Chain. It holds the pot of an open round and pays winners on claim; it does not give investment advice and does not guarantee that a feed prints. Prices are Chainlink prints, not exchange quotes. $TICKR is a game token with no ownership, revenue or claim rights. Tokens are volatile and transactions are irreversible.
